Reservations
A deposit of £100 is required when booking and full payment 8 weeks before arrival.
Please make cheques payable to Mrs S Harris. Address Cornerstone, St Boniface Road, Ventnor, PO38 1PL.
Accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated 10am on the day of departure from Saturday to Saturday (in high season) 2009. Friday to Friday (in high season 2010)
Terms and Conditions
The total number of persons in the party must not exceed the number shown on the booking form. All guests are responsible for the whole of the rental and refunds are only available should it be able to re-let the apartment. It is therefore advisable to take out holiday insurance against cancellations.
For health and safety the apartment is NON SMOKING, smoking is however permitted outside and would be grateful if you would use the ashtray provided.
The garden is shared with owner and other apartment guests. Please feel free to use the garden and relax . We do have a trampoline with safety net for guests to use but all children MUST BE SUPERVISED at all times and is the SOLE responsibility of the parents. We also have a small retaining wall and a few steps which young children will need supervision.
The owners are not responsible for any damage to persons or property caused by fire, storms, acts of God or failure of public services. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs. Management decisions are final.
We reserve the right to charge a cleaning and de-fuming charge of £100.
The owners reserve the right to enter the Apartments should it be found any of the terms and conditions are breeched.
