Cornerstone offers two recently refurbished, spacious garden apartments, each having one double bedroom with two single pull- out beds in the lounge. Both apartments overlook the garden. The garden has seaviews as well as views of St Boniface Downs.
The kitchens are both equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge(freezer box) and microwave. There is a separate dining area with table and chairs. The apartments are fitted with TV, DVD, radio and CD player. Cot and highchair available. We provide a washing machine in the East Apartment and a dishwasher in the West. West Apartment has access to owners washing machine. Both apartments have a shower room.
Both apartments have use of the garden, each apartment has table, chairs and BBQ provided. Cornerstone welcomes families. The garden is fenced but please be aware that there is a small retaining wall and a few steps which young children will need to be supervised. There is also a trampoline with safety netting which children or those energetic adults can use - but parents are solely responsible for their children.
The apartments are personally supervised to maintain a high standard of cleanliness so you can be assured that we will do our best to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable one.

Health and Safety
In the interest of Health and Safety we operate a NO SMOKING policy thoroughout the apartments and the rooms are fitted with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms and fire extinguishers.
Location
The apartments are a 10 minute walk from the safe and friendly blue flag Ventnor beach and Esplanade with its quaint little shops, pubs and cafes. The town offers all the usual amenities with banks and supermarkets, Post Office and tea rooms all a few minutes away. A short drive west of Ventnor will take you to the Botanic Gardens, Steephill Cove and to the east Bonchurch beach. Our apartments are situated opposite the Ventnor Tennis Club.

West Apartment can accommodate a well behaved dog. The garden is secure and fenced but please be aware that this is a shared area. Ventnor is a dog walkers paradise with many miles of footpaths to explore all on the doorstep. Many of the local pubs and attractions allow dogs entry. www.pawsforawalk.co.uk and www.dogpeople.co.uk have plenty of information on bringing your pet on holiday and nearby walks.
